Keep an eye on IT jobs at Dell for ConfigMgr positions (be sure to search for both “ConfigMgr” and “SCCM.”) Many of the positions you find will be for jobs on other teams suporting customers, and will be somewhat-connected to the Dell guys (and gals) you know (Warren, Chris, Mark, Dennis, Angie, Greg, Donnie). So I encourage you to apply for those. In System Center 2012, the Configuration Manager application catalog provides the ability to require administrative approval for new application requests. In this session, we’ll explore how the Application Approval Workflow solution accelerator can be used to process these requests, delegating approvals to the appropriate people.
Inside a Configuration Manager 2012 Task Sequence
In this session, we demonstrate the inner workings of a task sequence, showing the various steps in the process, how information is passed to and between each step, what the steps do, and how to troubleshoot when things don’t go as expected.
